According to a news report on November 19th by Anninhthudo, the Market Management Department of Bac Ninh province in Vietnam has imposed an administrative penalty on Long Thanh Electronics Co., Ltd, located in Shun Cheng City, Bac Ninh province. The company was involved in illegal tobacco smuggling, and has been fined a sum of 90 million Vietnamese dong.
Recently, the fourth team of market regulators collaborated with the local police department in conducting an inspection at the distribution center of Vietnam Long Dragon Electronics Limited. During the inspection, it was discovered that the warehouse contained over 100,000 e-cigarette products, with brands including EBCREATE and LOST VAPE.
Indications suggest that all these products have been smuggled from China.
The inspection team has made temporary seizure and sealing records for all the aforementioned goods as a legal basis for further handling.
